How do I use my e-cigarette?
Simply screw together the battery and cartomizer and start to inhale! The e-cigarette will detect your airflow, activate the heating element in the atomiser which vaporises the liquid nicotine which you can then inhale. When you are finished just put your e-cigarette away and it is ready for your next nicotine craving.

Are Lifestyle electronic cigarettes healthier than smoking tobacco cigarettes?
Traditional tobacco cigarettes contain more than 4000 chemicals and toxins many of which are carcinogenic (cancer causing) and very harmful to your health. A Lifestyle e-cigarette contains none of these substances. It is the burning process of tobacco cigarettes which causes all the carcinogens to be taken in to the body – as an e-cigarette just turns the liquid nicotine in to a purified vapour there is no combustion so you don’t inhale any harmful chemicals or toxins.

What is in the smoke that is released?
It may look like you are exhaling smoke but it is actually a harmless and odourless water vapour containing no tobacco or tar. It disappears almost immediately, doesn’t leave you with the smell of smoke on your breath and hands and is completely safe so there is no danger of passive smoking.

Does it taste and feel the same as a tobacco cigarette?
The Lifestyle e-cigarette has been specially developed to replicate the experience of smoking a normal cigarette but without the danger to your health, the risk of passive smoking, and the smokey smell. There is still a hit of nicotine to satisfy your cravings and it looks and feels just like a traditional cigarette.

How long will a Lifestyle e-cigarette last?
The customizer in the e-cigarette (which contains the liquid nicotine) lasts for approximately 300 – 400 inhales depending on how much you use it (on average, a person smokes a cigarette in 10 inhales so it is equivalent to 30 – 40 cigarettes). Once the rechargeable battery is fully charged it will last for approx. eight to ten hours but this depends on how frequently you use it.

How will I know when I have smoked one cigarette?
The great thing about an electronic cigarette is that you can smoke as much or as little as you like. The average person smokes a cigarette in 10 inhales but if you only need a quick nicotine fix then you can take a couple of drags and put it away – you aren’t forced to finish a cig that you don’t want, or put it out halfway through and waste it.

Who can buy e-cigarettes?
As they contain nicotine which is an addictive substance, you must be 18 or over to purchase a Lifestyle e-cigarette.

Can I smoke an e-cigarette anywhere?
As an e-cigarette contains no tobacco, is not lit and does not burn to release harmful chemicals and toxins, it is not subject to the smoking ban. What you exhale is a harmless, odourless water vapour that is no danger to anyone so can be used indoors. Therefore you can safely smoke your electronic cigarettes in the pub, night clubs, restaurants, your office – anywhere you like!

Can I smoke an e-cigarette whilst I am pregnant?
An electronic cigarette may not have any harmful chemicals or toxins but it still contains liquid nicotine which is an addictive substance so we do not recommend using this product whilst pregnant.

Will this help me to quit smoking?
Lifestyle e-cigarettes are an alternative to smoking harmful tobacco cigarettes not a nicotine replacement therapy. They still contain nicotine but no harmful, cancer causing chemicals and toxins.

Are different nicotine strengths available?
Yes we supply two strengths of nicotine, Lights (18mg) and Normal (24mg). When you make a purchase you will get to choose the strength of nicotine that suits your current tobacco smoking habit.

Do you supply menthol flavours as well as tobacco?
You can choose between Menthol or Tobacco flavours – each available in the two strengths, Lights (18mg) and Normal (24mg). When you make a purchase you will get to choose the flavour of cartomizer that suits your current tobacco smoking habit.

Why do you ask how many I smoke on average daily when I am making a purchase?
We ask how many cigarettes you smoke daily, so we can work out how much money you can save each month and year by switching to Lifestyle Cigarettes. Our calculations based on your average daily tobacco use also allows us to recommend the correct Refill Plan that you should be on to save maximum money.

How do I place an order?
You can place an order online on our website, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our simple ordering process makes it easy for you to find the Electronic Smoking Kit that you want and order easily and securely online.

Is the Lifestyle Cigarette website secure?
The Lifestyle Cigarette website is 100% secure. We use latest 128 bit encrypted card technology with our merchant providers to ensure that all your sensitive data is secured and kept out of the wrong hands. You can be confident that orders you place on the Lifestyle Cigarettes website are secured and safe. All of your data is fully secured and encrypted also.

What payment types do you accept?
We accept credit and debit card payments online and over the phone. We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not accept Solo, Switch or Amex payments. We do not accept cash, cheques or postal orders.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We aim to despatch all orders the same day. However any orders placed on a Friday after 3pm, Saturday or Sunday, will not be despatched until Monday morning. All orders are sent via Royal Mail. 90% of orders will arrive next working day, but sometimes due to seasonal peaks and depending on where you live it can take upto 3 working days for orders to arrive. If there is ever a problem or delay with your delivery we will notify you immediately via email.

Where do Lifestyle Cigarettes deliver to?
Lifestyle Cigarettes will deliver our products all over the world. So no matter where you are, you can take advantage of our great value products. Please be aware that deliver times will also vary depending on any deliveries outside of the UK. We also reserve the right to charge extra reasonable postage to post to non UK customers. We will however contact you first if extra payment is needed to seek your authorisation to do so. We will always contact you via email with any extra shipping costs due.

How much is Postage and Packing?
Postage and packing varies on the products, offer, promotion and country of delivery. When you get to the checkout page of our website, the delivery cost you pay will be clearly marked for you to see. Unless you are outside of the UK this delivery cost will not change, and will be the price you pay. If you are outside of the UK and we require extra postage before sending your item we will contact your first to seek your authorisation

Can I order and have my order delivered to another address?
Yes, you can order and have your products delivered to any address you require. Simply enter the required shipping address when you sign up or check out with an order.

Faulty, Damaged and Unwanted products
My item is faulty, what do I do?

My order has arrived damaged, how do I resolve this?

My order has still not arrived?
We are sorry to hear your order has not arrived. 99% of our order arrive within 3 working days from orders being placed. Unfortuantely sometimes orders do go missing and do not make their intended destination. The item is not what I expected, what can I do?

I have too many cartomizers, can I return them?
We are unable to take back cartomizers that are unused, and are unable to refund for unwanted and unused cartomizers. We will happily take back used cartomizers for their disposal under our WEEE guidance. Please contact customer services for more information on returning used items under our WEEE directive.

Can I return my item for you to dispose of?
Yes under the new WEEE directive (details here), we are happy to take back any used or faulty electrical items supplied by Lifestyle Cigarettes for their safe disposal. If you have used or faulty Lifestyle Electronic products that you wish to send to us so we can dispose of then please contact customer services who will be happy to help and advise on the process.

What warranty comes with Lifestyle Cigarettes?

The Refill Plan
So what is the Refill Plan?
The Lifestyle Cigarettes Refill Plan is the easiest way to receive regular supplies of cartomizers for your Lifestyle Cigarettes. As each cartomizer you use has a limited amount of vapour (approximately 40 cigarettes per cartomizer), you are bound to run out at some point.

The Refill Plan takes into account how many tobacco cigarettes you smoke on average when you complete your first purchase, and matches you to the best Refill Plan to make sure you don’t run out of cartomizers. Imagine running out, and not being able to get any refills for 2 – 3 days. The Refill Plan has been designed for ease of use, simplicity and to save you money.

Once you have signed up to the Refill Plan you will be billed a varying amount depending on the Refill Plan that you choose (examples and costs of the Refill Plans are below). Every month on the same date you will be billed your Refill Plan amount, and we will immediately despatch your next 30 days worth of cartomizers.

Remember the Refill Plan has been set up to make sure you never run out of cartomizers and don’t forget to re-order. Not only will the plan save you money, but by switching from tobacco cigarettes to Lifestyle Electronic Cigarettes you will become healthier and fitter – no more tar, chemicals or harmful smoke!

What is the LIFESTYLEBILLING.COM on my card statement?
If a payment for LifestyleBilling.com appears on your card or bank statement this is the charge for your monthly Refill Plan made by us. We have differentiated the billing name to make it easier for you to identify the monthly Refill Plan charges.

What are the different Refill Plan levels?
There are 5 different Refill Plans available. Each plan provides a different number of cartomizers, depending on your current tobacco smoking usage. Each plan has a different monthly value and creates varying levels of savings for you.

Once you are logged into your account, simply visit the link that says ‘REFILL PLANS’, from here you can choose the ‘CANCEL MY REFILL PLAN’ option, where you plan will be cancelled with immediate effect. Please note that we do not offer retrospective discounts for cancelled plans, and we do not accept cartomizers back for a refund. By cancelling your Refill Plan you are stopping any future billings, and no more cartomizers will be sent to you

How can I reactivate my Refill Plan?
If you are a previous Lifestyle Cigarettes customers and have previously cancelled your Refill Plan, it is easy to re-activate. You can reactivate your plan online or over the phone.

To reactivate you will need to access your unique and secure user account. Simply login using your email address and password (you can request a new password easily if you have forgotten it). To login in, join up or request your password, please click here

Once you are logged into your account, simply visit the link that says ‘REFILL PLANS’, from here you can choose the ‘REACTIVATE MY REFILL PLAN’ option, where you will be able to choose the Refill Plan that is suitable for you. How do I change my Refill Plan?

Once you are logged into your account, simply visit the link that says ‘REFILL PLANS’, from here you can choose the ‘CHANGE MY REFILL PLAN’ option, where your plan can be changed with immediate effect. Once this has been confirmed you will then receive the new Refill Plan cartomizer amount on your next Refill despatch date.

How much money can I save each month with the Refill Plan?
Not only does the Refill Plan make life simple and guarantee you will never run out of cartomizers for your Lifestyle Electronic Cigarettes, it also guarantees to save you money based on smoking normal tobacco cigarettes.

Do I have to be active with the Refill Plan?
You do not have to join the Refill Plan, it is optional. However for ease of use and savings we recommend that all Lifestyle Cigarettes are active with the Refill Plan. You are able to come onto the Lifestyle Site at anytime and purchase any quatity of cartomizers you wish. However to make sure you don’t ever run out and to maxzimise your savings we strongly recommend that you join our auto Refill Plan.

Can I buy cartomizer refills if I am not in a Refill Plan?
Yes, you can visit the Lifestyle Cigarettes websites 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and purchase cartomizers for your electronic cigarette even if you are not active in the Refill Plan
